Shipping & Delivery Options
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery
We offer complimentary in-store pickup and local delivery for orders within a 30-mile radius of our Payson, Arizona location (ZIP codes 85541 and 85544).
- Pickup and delivery scheduling is coordinated via email or text based on the contact information provided during checkout.
- Pickup availability: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
Shipping Methods & Fees
We currently offer flat-rate shipping via USPS within the United States.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are a family-owned, handmade business and cannot control USPS shipping timelines after an order leaves our facility.
Order Processing Times
- In-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday) via USPS.
- During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary. Any delays will be clearly noted on our website’s top header before checkout.
- Pre-order items: Estimated shipping dates are listed in individual product descriptions.

Subscription Orders
- First-time subscription orders follow our standard 2–5 business day shipping timeframe.
- Subsequent subscription shipments are processed on the same calendar day each month as the original purchase date and mailed within 2–5 business days.
- Subscription settings can be managed via your account or by contacting us at [email protected]
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Shipping Limitations
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Saturday only.
- We exclusively use USPS for all shipments.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot receive USPS deliveries.
Shipping Delays
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping date.
- Please track your shipment using the USPS tracking number provided via email upon shipment.
