REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Luxious Lemon, LLC. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to providing high-quality handmade products. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and related matters.
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].
Return Conditions:
- Returned items must be in original, unopened & unused condition with all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If an item is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from your refund. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and understand things happen.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s) at our facility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Opened items: We are unable to accept returns on opened items. However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and we are happy to work with you on these requests. Refunds or returns for opened items will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the product’s condition and other relevant factors. We will always strive to find a fair solution.
Rewards Points:
Any rewards points earned on returned item(s) will be deducted from your account at the time of refund.
Refunds Based on Personal Preference
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be a different experience than seeing products in person, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are simply not satisfied with your product or if it’s not quite what you expected, we’re happy to review such requests on a case-by-case basis. We ask for your understanding that, as a handmade family-owned business, our ability to accept returns for this reason may vary, but we will always do our best to find a solution that works for you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
All orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout.
Luxious Lemon, LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
What to Do:
- Double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to correct the address before shipment.
- If we are not notified in time, the package will ship to the original address, and we will not issue refunds or replacements for lost or misdelivered orders.
Note: You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email.
Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed:
- Refer to the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If no updates appear within 7 business days, contact USPS (or relevant carrier) for support.
Please note: Luxious Lemon, LLC does not have special access to package tracking or the ability to locate missing shipments.
If it is proven that Luxious Lemon, LLC is at fault, we will promptly resolve the issue, including replacing the order or issuing a full refund.
Item Not as Described
If you receive an item and believe it is incorrect or misrepresented:
- Carefully review the product description and details (including weight, dimensions, materials).
- Take a photo of the received item.
- Contact us at [email protected].
If the discrepancy is due to an error on our part, we will immediately work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If the misunderstanding arises due to not reading the product details, we reserve the right not to accept returns for such cases, as we are a small, handmade business and cannot process returns like large-scale manufacturers.
Missing Items
If your order is missing an item:
- Take a photo of your received package and contents.

We track all shipments through verified packing slips and weight logs. If these confirm that all items were likely shipped, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
We take care to pack orders securely. If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Email us at [email protected].
We will work quickly to replace or refund any item damaged during shipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
- Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Check with neighbors or nearby addresses.
- Contact your local post office or delivery service.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address on file, Luxious Lemon, LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. However, we may review these situations on a case-by-case basis and encourage you to contact us for assistance.
