Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery
In-store pickup and local delivery is available for local orders within 30 miles of our Payson location (this applies to areas within the 85541 and 85544 zip codes). Pickups and deliveries are scheduled with the customer via email or text (depending on contact information provided during order placement). Pickups are available Monday – Sunday, 10am – 7pm MST
Free Shipping
We offer free USPS Priority shipping on orders during promotional times. Customers may be notified of Promotional Shipping Offers on the top welcome header on the website, by signing up for e-mail and text notifications through our e-club, as well as, following Luxious Lemon LLC on our various social media channels, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Shipping Fees
We currently offer flat-rate priority USPS shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only as we are a family-owned handmade business and unfortunately have no control of USPS delivery after the package leaves our facilities.
Our in-stock orders ship through USPS Priority w/in 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). If shipping time changes, due to increased order volume or other unexpected circumstances, this information will be clearly noted on the top website welcome header for the customer to see prior to order placement. HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are purchasing a monthly subscription then we will ship your first subscription order within our regular 2-5 business day shipping timeframe. Subsequent subscriptions will be processed the day of the month that your original order was placed on and mailed within the 2-5 business days shipping timeframe. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within the United States of America.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If shipment is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for shipment. If delivery is delayed, kindly check your USPS tracking number sent to you by e-mail once orders are shipped.
